Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of K-Wave Kit at www.kwavekit.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are provided in English and are the authoritative version.

K-Wave Kit offers free, browser-based tools for K-Pop and K-Culture fans, including a K-Slang dictionary, Hangul romanization reader, and fan message card generator. The Site is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial fan use unless otherwise stated.

You do not need to create an account to use the Site. We do not charge fees for the core tools described on the Site. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent affiliation with artists, agencies, labels, or official fan communities.
• Use generated content to impersonate artists or official channels.
• Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

K-Wave Kit is an independent fan utility site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any K-Pop artist, entertainment agency, record label, or official fan platform (including Weverse, Bubble, or similar services).

Dictionary entries, example phrases, and cheer card templates are provided for educational and fan-support purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated content on third-party platforms and for complying with each platform's rules.

The Site design, branding, code, and original written content are owned by K-Wave Kit or its licensors. Open-source fonts and libraries used on the Site remain subject to their respective licenses.

K-Pop artist names, song titles, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. References on the Site are for descriptive and fan-educational purposes only.

Fan message cards and other downloadable assets are provided as generic fan-support materials using license-free design elements (e.g., pastel gradients and open fonts). They do not include official artist photos or logos. You may share downloads for personal fan support, but you must not imply official endorsement.

The Site and all content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Romanization, slang definitions, and message templates may contain errors or become outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Wave Kit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (such as advertising networks or font CDNs). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
