This Privacy Policy explains how K-Wave Kit ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit www.kwavekit.com (the "Site"). The Site provides free, browser-based K-Pop fan tools. We do not require user accounts, and we do not operate a backend database that stores the text you paste into our tools.

This policy is provided in English and is the authoritative version. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect very limited information:

• Language preference — stored in your browser's localStorage so the Site remembers your selected language (en, ja, es, or pt).
• Usage analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymous page-view and performance data (for example, which pages are visited). This does not include the text you type or paste into tools.
• Advertising data — when Google AdSense or similar ad services are enabled, those providers may collect data and use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, and measure ads, subject to their own policies.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamps for security and operations.

Text you enter in Hangul Reader, messages you customize in Fan Message Cards, and similar tool input is processed locally in your browser. We do not transmit that content to our servers for storage.

• Operate and improve the Site and its tools.

• Measure traffic and performance through analytics services.
• Display and measure advertisements when ad services are enabled.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

We use browser localStorage for language preference. Analytics and advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies (including device identifiers) when those services are active. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or localStorage may affect language persistence, analytics measurement, or ad personalization.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their documentation. Fonts used by certain tools are self-hosted on the Site and are not loaded from a third-party font CDN.

Language preference data remains in your browser until you clear site data. Analytics and hosting logs are retained according to our providers' policies. We do not retain tool input on our servers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Because we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, most requests can be addressed by clearing your browser storage or adjusting cookie settings.
